Physician and Professional Staff Recruitment

BHR offers comprehensive recruitment and placement services for physicians and professional healthcare staff, whether for permanent or temporary roles. Our team manages the entire recruitment process, working closely with Medical Groups, Hospitals, and Community Health Centers. The medical professionals we place are either employees of the hiring organization or licensed healthcare agencies.

BHR specializes in creating, designing, and managing administrative services for hospitals, community health centers, regional centers, and medical groups. Since 2003, our friendly and experienced Intake Team has been scheduling and managing new appointments for healthcare organizations just like you. All clients receive a designated toll-free phone number, which connects to our system. All incoming and outgoing calls are tracked, and daily reports are generated to record all activity for the day. Our centralized Intake Center is responsible for answering calls, handling new referrals, checking insurance eligibility/authorization, scheduling new appointments and making reminder calls for our customers.
