Centralized Intake/Call Center Services

BHR designed and has managed a centralized Intake Center that is based out of Pleasanton, California since 2003. Our experienced Intake Team schedules new appointments for healthcare organizations by assigning a designated toll free 800 number for their clients. All incoming and outgoing calls are tracked and daily reports are generated to record all activity for the day. Our centralized Intake Center is responsible for answering calls, handling new referrals, checking insurance eligibility/authorization, scheduling new appointments and making reminder calls for our customers.
